We’re based in and around London.
As life-long technologists we’re naturally comfortable conversing via something like Slack, Zoom, Teams, Google Meet or the old-fashioned telephone, but we love forming lasting relationships in person too. And good coffee.

Pete
Pete has been working within digital corporate comms for over 20 years.
I worked for Hemscott, IPREO and Investis before founding Brighter IR in 2016. Today, I run Luminate! Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of public companies to help improve their digital presence, while building a reputation as a friendly and creative problem solver. My passion for all things digital shines through in my understanding of how to leverage technology for the benefit of Luminate’s clients, and their stakeholders.

I have over 20 years industry experience working for Brighter IR, NASDAQ, Morningstar and Hemscott Group, which is where I first met Pete in 2004. As Luminate’s Sales Director, I remain focused on helping our clients communicate more effectively. Outside of work, my time is taken up by my wonderful family, hoarding old comics and playing football until my legs say “no more”.

I launched Coniston in May 2021 where I lead Coniston’s investment team, fund-raising activities and sit on our investment committee. Prior to Coniston, I was an investor at Mobeus, BGF and LMS Capital. I joined Luminate as a seed investor, and enjoy contributing my skills as a mentor and strategist.

I’m an experienced Group CFO specialised in high growth SMEs, instigating financial systems and developing business strategy. Notably, I worked as Group CFO of Proactive Investors, a tech platform for financial news and investor engagement, before investing in the formation of Luminate where I’m able to share my experience and manage the finances.

Ragu has been in the agency business for too long.
I’ve been a developer and infrastructure engineer for over 10 years. At Luminate, I’m responsible for the upkeep of the AWS hosting and making wonderful applications.
When I’m not working, I’m looking for shampoos on Amazon to stop my hair falling out. Nothing works.

With more than a decade of experience as a developer, I focus on maintaining our SaaS market data platform while developing innovative features to keep it robust and ahead of industry trends. I’m a big fan of all things ‘AI’ and I like to follow the markets closely, too.
In my free time, I remind Ragu that shampoo isn’t magical and he might have to say goodbye to his hair. I’m also looking forward to overseeing the build of a new house for the family.

I’m a developer and designer, creating beautiful and functional websites.
With over 15 years of experience, I’ve picked up more than a few tricks to bring your ideas to life online. Whether it’s making your site look striking, run smoothly, or both — I’m here to help, sometimes with “assistance” from my cats, though their real expertise is keeping my keyboard warm.
When I’m not coding, you’ll often find me with my camera, capturing life’s moments. And if it’s the weekend, chances are I’m at Brands Hatch, cheering on racers and pretending I could definitely handle those speeds myself.

The coronavirus pandemic saw us switch from office life to working from home over the last few years. We might look at an office again in future, but for the moment we enjoy working remotely – it keeps our overheads low and allows us to remain competitive without compromising on quality. We’re a close-knit crew, spending hours talking every day, and we regularly meet up to collaborate in person or let loose on a social night out!
